Recovery Day on Low Sleep

Got about 5 hours sleep last night.
My fault.

Made today's recovery day, which was supposed to be easy, a little tougher than I expected.
Today's workout was:

B Squat: 230 x 10s x 5r
Pushup: 10s x 10r

Got it done, but the first few sets of squats were tough. Felt much better around set 6 and 7.
