Lifted and Ran. Good day.

Bench Workout:
190 x 1s x 10r
160 x 5s x 10r

Run: 2 miles, 18:42

Running was a bit tough due to soreness, but as always left me feeling great afterword.
Lifting felt phenomenal. Weights were all flying up.
