Squats sucked.
Bicep curls rocked.

Squat: 305lbs x s x 5r

OHP: 150lbs x 1s x 4r
150lbs x 1s x 2r
150lbs x 1s x 1r
150lbs x 1s x 1r
150lbs x 1s x 1r
150lbs x 1s x 1r

Bicep Curl: 105lbs x 4s x 5r (Felt so easy I did a 4th set).
