Workout went well tonight. Felt fresh on every set.
B Squat: 280 x 3s x 5r
Bench: 220 x 3s x 5r
Deads: 345 x 1s x 5r
Barbell Curls: 110 x 5s x 5r
Hangs: 2s x 30 sec
No cardio. Decided not to mix weights and cardio. Will go to the gym tomorrow night for cardio only.
