Good day

First day of a more closer-to-orthodox style Broz training template.
Looked like:

B Squat: work up to a 1 rm
B squat: do 19 follow up reps of doubles or triples at 300+ lbs
Deadlift: 315 x 10s x 2r (fast)

Worked up to an EASY 370lbs. (Current ATG, un-belted squat PR is 375.)
Felt good.
