Great workout tonight!
Bench (paused): 200 x 5s x 5r
Bench (paused): 210 x 1s x 5r
Bent Over Barbell Row: 140 x 3s x 6r
Abs: 10lbs x 3s x 12r
This was a big landmark for bench. I'm especially happy that it was so easy to knock out 210 x 5 after completing 200 x 5.
I WILL BENCH 300 THIS YEAR!
